IMAGE & IMAGINATION 2017 – China New Zealand Art Exhibition

IMAGE & IMAGINATION 2017 – the fifth annual international arts exchange was hosted by Moonlight Gallery and NongYuan International Arts Village based in Chengdu, China.

Previous exchanges have featured top artists from France, Germany, Taiwan, South Africa, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Myanmar and more.

Eight Chinese contemporary fine artists (CAO Yang, FENG Mingqing, LIU Jiawei, QIU Haoyun, WANG Xinjian, YOU Xiaoling, ZHUANG Zi) traveled to Auckland, New Zealand to take part in a group exhibition with Six New Zealand contemporary fine artists (Myah Flynn, Robin Ranga, Nicky Foreman, Matt Dowman, Neal Palmer, Logan Moffat).

The IMAGE & IMAGINATION 2017 exhibition took place from 19 – 26^th March 2017 at Air New Zealand Foyer, Level 5 Aotea Centre at the heart of Auckland City.
